Senior leadership,
at the scale you need it.

Experienced operational leadership on a monthly retainer, from a few hours a month to a standing seat at the table.

Who it's for

Fractional Leadership

Businesses that need senior operational judgement but cannot justify, or cannot yet afford, a full-time director.

Also businesses in transition. A departure at leadership level, a period of rapid growth, or a founder who needs to step back from day-to-day operations without the wheels coming off.

The role takes whatever shape the business needs: operational leadership, programme oversight, or direct support to a founder or managing director. Backed by senior operations experience in growing businesses.

How it works

How the
retainer works.

A fixed monthly retainer

Agreed hours, agreed scope, invoiced monthly. No surprises.

A regular rhythm

A predictable presence, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, rather than ad-hoc firefighting.

Availability between visits

Reasonable access for the decisions that will not wait.

A defined exit

The arrangement is designed to end. Either you hire, or the business no longer needs it.

Retainers are agreed in three-month blocks so both sides can assess whether it is working, then continue or stop without difficulty. Most engagements begin with a short piece of scoped work before committing to a retainer.
